Yes!  I love sweets! These caramel, not, apples are kid tested and approved. This healthy and nutritious recipe is great for you and the kiddos..enjoy friends and feedback is always welcome!

1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted and pre-soaked
3 Tbsp. Agave
2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
Dash of Sea Salt
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Begin by soaking the dates in a
Almond milk for 2 to 3 hours, until soft. It will pulverize the dates easily!
Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adding extra almond milk, if necessary, for consistency
Adjust flavors to taste, and chill before serving.
Serve with sliced fruit or coat apples with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped nuts for an added treat.

As Ive said..I love food, so mostly recipes and food. A little workout stuff, but food..did I mention I love food?
